A VERY SPECIAL INTERVIEW
WITH JACKLYN "Bobbie Spencer" ZEMAN!
In celebration of Tony's birthday his "little sis" talks to us!
Jacklyn Zeman has had the lucky and unique 
opportunity to play the sister of Luke Spencer!
She knows both Luke Spencer and Tony Geary!
She shares with us her thoughts and memories of them both!

TGN: You said once that you and Tony knew each other in another life- want to tell us about that?
JZ: It's a long story which probably is best told rather than written, so I'll save it for another time.
But I do feel connected to Tony and always have, and
he has definitely had an enormously positive impact on my life.

TGN: Tell what it was like on Gloria Monty’s GH set.
JZ: It was exciting, energetic, inspirational. "We would fly by the seat of our pants" and
Gloria was our fearless leader.

TGN: What was it like for you during the Luke and Laura phenomenon? How did it affect you?
JZ: It was a joy to go to work because it felt like play.
 I learned a lot and I feel that the incredibly generous,
positive response from our viewers is a gift and it is much appreciated.

TGN: How has Tony Geary changed over the years?
JZ: Tony is awesome. Always has been, always will be.

TGN: We miss Ruby, tell us what Norma Connolly was like.
What was the relationship between you, Tony and her?
 JZ: I have warm and fuzzy feelings for Norma. I think of her often because, like Tony,
she is family to me. In addition to our scenes toethr, we spent many times together off set.
Norma liked to invite people over to her house in Hancock Park for lunch, dinner,
a glass of wine. We'd laugh and talk and share. They were great times.

TGN: I read that Bobbie compares her men to Luke and they don’t usually measure up- do you think that is true? What is it like for Bobbie being Luke Spencer's sister?
JZ: Bobbie has always compared her men to Luke.
Luke is the ultimate, strong, attractive male role model to Bobbie.
She trusts him completely, which is a great comfort,
and even his imperfections are OK by her.
He's never boring and that's a big plus to Bobbie. Very exciting.

TGN: Who were Luke and Bobbie’s parents? Did they ever have names on the show?
JZ: I don't believe our parents ever had names. They passed when we were young
which is why we ran away to Aunt Ruby in Florida.
Our Dad drank too much and our Mom was used and abused.
We both decided to break the pattern. I think the mutual memories
we share of our childhood is an important element of our connection.

TGN: Have you been to visit Tony in Amsterdam? If so, what was that like?
JZ: Yes, Tony is a generous host.
It was fabulous fun to visit. He was great with my daughters, too.

TGN: The fans have said they would like to see more scenes with Bobbie and Luke.
What is your favorite scene between Bobbie and Luke?
JZ: I could never choose just one.

TGN: What kind of an actor is Tony like to work with?
JZ: Tony is the absolute best. He's creative in so many ways.
 And he's consistent in delivering performances
which are unpredictable, yet always true to character.

TGN: What does Tony Geary mean to Jackie?
JZ: When I met Tony I found the big brother I always wanted. He is the absolute tops!
Knowing him makes my heart feel happy. 
JZ: I will say "Happy Birthday" with a big hug and lots of love.
